RETURNS POLICY

Goods Supplied in Error:

All costs associated with the return and replacement of goods supplied in error by Leading Dental will be arranged and paid for by Leading Dental. A self-addressed satchel will be supplied with the shipment of corrected items for you to return the wrong items to our warehouse.

 

Brand New, Unopened Goods – Customer Error:

f you have accidentally ordered the incorrect product and the item is still brand new and unopened you may send the product back to Leading Dental at your own expense. Goods will be inspected on arrival to our warehouse and a credit note will be issued.

Please Note: This excludes special orders, spare parts, consumables and select items.

Opened Goods – Customer Error:

If you have accidentally ordered the incorrect product and the item has been opened you may send the item back to Leading Dental at your own expense. Goods will be inspected on arrival to our warehouse and a standard restocking fee of 25% will be charged (unless otherwise agreed with Leading Dental).

Please Note: This excludes special orders, spare parts, consumables and select items. Alternatively, Leading Dental can arrange goods to be picked up by our courier for a flat fee of $50.00

How to Return:
1. Print two copies of this email
2. Package goods and add one email copy plus copy of attached invoice and to parcel and return to:

3. Take tracking number of parcel and place on second copy of email for your own records.

On receival of goods Credit Notes will be finalised and sent to your nominated email address. By default, all returns will be issued as Credit on Account. If you would like a refund processed, please notify us by replying to this email. Refunds can be processed either back on to the credit card used at time of payment or direct into a bank account. If bank account is the preferred option, please reply with account details at your earliest convenience.
