NSK Bur Stopper. What is it? How do I use it?

If you wish to use a standard HP 2.35mm Bur in a NSK Micro Surgery handpiece you need to insert a Bur Stopper first. If you order NSK part Y900160 Stopper Set for SGS-ES / SGA-ES you will receive both the Bur Stopper and the screw driver to install it.

For use only with 1:1 direct drive microsurgical handpieces (NSK SGS-ES, SGA-ES). NOT compatible with 1:2 speed increasing handpieces (NSK SGA-E2S, NSK SGS-E2S) . The NSK microsurgical range uses long shank surgical burs and standard burs.
