At Leading Dental, we take pride in supplying high-quality products from reliable suppliers. If you believe an item is faulty, we are here to assist and will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
Reporting a Fault
If you experience an issue with a product, please contact our team as soon as possible with the following information:

Photos clearly showing the issue

Your invoice number or proof of purchase

Product details (e.g. item name or code)
This information allows us to assess the issue promptly and liaise with the manufacturer where required.
Assessment Process
Once your claim has been received:

Our team will review the information provided

In some cases, we may request additional details or the return of the item for further inspection

The claim will be submitted to the manufacturer for assessment where applicable
Please note that assessment timeframes may vary depending on the manufacturer.
Outcome
If the item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer one of the following in accordance with manufacturer guidelines:

Credit or refund
Exclusions
This policy does not cover faults or damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear

Improper use, handling, or maintenance

Incorrect cleaning, sterilisation, or storage
